Please read these terms carefully before booking our services.
1. Booking & Cancellation
By booking a service with Reliant Home Solutions, you agree to provide accurate information regarding the property size and condition. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of £30.
2. Access & Safety
You agree to provide safe access to the property, including running water and electricity. For the safety of our technicians, we reserve the right to refuse service in hazardous conditions.
3. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, card, or bank transfer. Late payments may be subject to statutory interest charges.
4. Our Guarantee
We offer a 72-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the clean, you must notify us within 72 hours, and we will return to re-clean the specific area at no extra cost. This guarantee does not cover new stains or soiling that occurs after our visit.
5. End of Tenancy
For End of Tenancy cleaning, we guarantee to rectify any cleaning-related issues flagged in your checkout report free of charge, provided we are notified within 72 hours of the service completion.
